I hereby grant the NDNG permission to use my name, portrait, or picture (Motion or Still) and/or my voice (Live or Reproduced), for editorial or advertising purposes, for purposes of trade, or for lawful purposes whatever. I further give my irrevocable consent to the NDNG to publish, republish, or otherwise transmit the images of myself in any medium for all purposes that the NDNG sees fit for training and education. I understand that the images may be altered or modified in any manner. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve a finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with an image that the NDNG has taken of me, or the use to which it may be applied. I further release the NDNG from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images. I hereby agree that all rights in and to the NDNG, including the copyright, are and shall remain the sole property of the NDNG, free and clear from any claims by me or anyone acting on my behalf. I hereby give my permission freely, and without obligation, expressed or implied, for payment or any other consideration from the NDNG.
